We have used this facility for our mother for about 6 months now. We are very happy with the support and care we receive from everyone there. The administration and the staff are really friendly and caring and they take care of my mother really well. I want to specifically mention nurse Maryann who is awesome she takes her time to help my mother a great deal. She is very sweet and attentive. Always follows up with any issues and contacts the doctors on a timely basis when my mother needs it. She is excellent and makes the nursing home look great.

Thank you Spring Creek Healthcare nurses, rehab therapists and staff for treating my father so well during his stay at your facility. We appreciated his "welcome basket" full of necessary toiletries. Everyone was responsive, kind, gracious and friendly. They treated my father with dignity and respect. Thank you, Lisa, for your swift admissions coordination. The facility is new, clean, and my dad's first floor patient room, with in-room bathroom, was a comfortable size and offered privacy.

We visited my father in law this past Wednesday for our wedding. When we arrived he was clean nice and they even made sure to invite us to take tons of pictures ! Nicole was amazing!! She helped so much with making sure we got enough pictures with him as a family! And was so welcoming to us all. She’s awesome! And to all the other staff thank you so much for all you do!
