Dr. Harold V. McKenna
Medical Director
Dr. McKenna is a well-respected internist with a practice in South Amboy, NJ. He is affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center Old Bridge and Perth Amboy campuses where he holds several leadership roles. Dr. McKenna is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed his residency and internship at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, NJ.
Dr. Rodolfo Maldonado
Subacute Medical Director
Dr. Maldonado is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine who has enjoyed many years of dedicated service to the Spanish Community in Perth Amboy and surrounding New Jersey communities. He is a graduate of the National University Federico Villareal in Peru and completed his residency at Rutgers NJ Medical School, as well as a Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology. He is the proud mentor of many residents at Hackensack Meridian Hospital Perth Amboy campus. We are pleased that he has chosen Spring Creek Health Care Center as his trusted facility for his patients requiring long term care, respite care, hospice care, and subacute rehabilitation.
