Together with their entire team of nurse practitioners, nurses, and staff at Associates in Vascular Care, they revolutionize and lead in the management of Peripheral Vascular Disease in the largest healthcare system in NJ, Hackensack Meridian Health. Their group is truly a game changer for patients with diabetic wounds and vascular compromise of limbs and other body parts. We are thrilled that they chose to partner with Spring Creek Healthcare Center to provide world class care.
Our Wound Care Program will make sure that, regardless of the hospital or community where you come from, once we heal your wound and/or salvage your limb in our newly renovated subacute rehabilitation wing, we will endorse you back to your primary care physician for follow-up care with an extensive report of treatments and interventions.
Regardless of the care you need—be it skin grafting, compression therapy, debridement, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, vacuum wound healing, wound cleansing with specialty dressing selection, gait training or anything in between—we will work with your insurance company to maximize your fullest potential.
